2012 In Review and Looking Ahead

I would like to announce some small changes for 2013, and I figured this would be the best place to do it. December of 2012 makes my 6th year as an artist, and it has been a great ride - I wouldn't change a thing. I have traveled, made some cash, met some great people, and made amazing friends. With that said, over the last few years, I have been creating a lot of the same things repeatedly as they have proven to be consistent sellers, and it has left me little time to broaden my horizons and take new risks. Recently, I have gotten into kandy and flake patterns, and it has made me excited to paint again. So, in 2013? Look for more of that.

It also looks like I will be cutting my show appearances down to two: The Lone Star Round Up in Austin Texas and The Iron Invasion in IL. I need to get back to having fun, so that's what 2013 is going to be about: bigger, more detailed work, kandies, flakes, pearls, and lots of pinstriping and helmets. With that plan on tap, I'm looking forward to the new year, seeing where my work goes, and I'm hoping you come along for the ride.

Thank you to everyone for 6 great years and I look forward to many more.
